Boiler House
Historic raw brick and an open loft space welcome you at the Boiler House. Situated in the north east side of the district, the restaurant will awe your guests with its contemporary design and décor. Seating on two levels maintains intimacy with a floating stage as a focal point of the room. As The Distillery Restaurants’ premier event space, the Boiler House can accommodate up to 450 guests for a cocktail event and to a maximum of 200 for a seated dinner. The upper level accommodates seating for 130 guests while the lower level seats a maximum of 70 guests. With the patio, the Boiler House can accommodate up to an additional 300 guests for a cocktail function. Non-exclusive events are also welcome. The Boiler House can accommodate parties from 24 to 150 people for dinner or cocktail parties. This double-level historic building with 35 ft. ceilings offers a stunning and dramatic backdrop for any event.
