I was hired by the Community to build their website in wordpress. They had a custom design but wanted to be able to populate the content on their own. Previously, they had used developers that build wordpress sites in PHP and make them very difficult to edit. I was asked to develop a website that was easy to edit and add content to. I started withe “Divi” theme. I completely modified and rebuilt the theme to look exactly like the designs I was provided. There was much functionality that they wanted that wasn’t a part of the theme so I built all this functionality in jQuery.
